Ernest Packaging tasked 6SC with developing a customer portal to enable customers to perform self service tasks quickly and easily. The user interface was developed to be intuitive, easy to use and with responsive design for use on all devices. Action tiles allow users quick access to information such as order requests, status updates, reports and account information. The portal allows for Ernest to capture additional revenue that would otherwise be lost. This centralized portal also allows for Client Relationship Managers to access information and analytics on client usage.
